The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a local supermarket just down the road and the Queen Sirikit National Convention center nearby. It is also conveniently close to the nearest station, making it easy to explore the Sukhumvit area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with spotlessly clean bath tubs and functioning water temperature in the shower. The hotel staff provides impeccable service, always going above and beyond to meet the guests' needs. The breakfast served is excellent, and the hotel also offers great Italian food at affordable prices.
The hotel does have some issues with wifi connectivity, which can be frustrating for guests in need of a reliable internet connection.

Close to public transportation which made it easy to get around. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory.
The surrounding area was too quiet with little to do around the hotel. The staff was not very helpful when it came to recommendations for local activities or restaurants.

This hotel is located very close to both the skytrain and subway stations, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in providing directions and recommendations for places to visit. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.
The room we stayed in was smaller than expected and was not well-maintained, with torn towels and exposed ductwork. We also had safety concerns, as the safe provided in the room was not secured to the wall.
